User guide of HiddenTag® App

Hiddentag app is supported by iOS and android Smartphones.
It is registered in Apple App store, Google Playstore, OneStore and other Chinese markets.

For the maximum security and lower risk of replication, authentication can be verified only through the HiddenTag app.

QR code is an open source technology with very low security.
For the maximum security and least possible risk of being forged, our service is offered only through HiddenTag App. App is free and runs on any Smartphone.

1. Make sure sticker is placed in the center of the screen and move your phone back and forth to focus well.
2. Try scanning in a better lighting.
3. Hold the screen in a way to block the reflection of the light.
4. Try all above mentioned methods repeatedly.
If you tried everything and the sticker is still not recognized, please contact to HiddenTag customer service center.

Due to the continuous monitoring, when scanning a suspected product a counterfeit claiming page pops up.
Please, contact CK&B or the person you purchased the product from for further enquiries.
If you wish to contact us, have the unique numbers and the serial number of the sticker, which you can check from the scan history on your device, on hand for a faster response.

Production of HiddenTag® Sticker

After the confirmation of customized design of sticker and landing page, we send you the pre-production sample and start the mass production once it is confirmed.
It takes around 2 weeks. In case the client provides a design of sticker and landing page, we can deliver it even earlier.

Minimum size is 12mm*12mm for normal type and 20mm*8mm in case of wide type.
Any size bigger is available.

Yes. We provide different delivery forms to match your production facility. Sheet form is provided for the manual labeling and roll form is available for machine labeling facility.

We can apply our technology on various materials such as hologram sticker, metal plates, glass, leather, normal clothes and care label.

Digital Watermarking

It refers to a converted signal to suit the properties of each content so as to insert user information into that content, which takes the form of numbers, character, logo etc.
For instance, when the user enters data “CKNB” in characters, these are inserted into the chosen content and the same is detected.
Depending on the method of input the user has selected, the watermark to be inserted may take the form of serial number like the bar code type, author or title of the content, logo or user ID.

It refers a series of processing to insert or extract watermark into or from the content. A signal that cannot be seen or heard by human is inserted into the image, video or audio signals and applied to various areas such as copyright, finger printing and monitoring/filtering systems.

Watermark Detector and Watermark Embedder are the 2 main components of the watermark module.
Watermark Detector is used when detecting watermark from the content.
Watermark Embedder is used when embedding the watermark into the content after checking whether original content carrying any watermark.

It varies depending on the user environment and content’s type and size, but in most cases it works on a real-time basis. For general video monitoring system the insertion or detection of watermark is done on a real-time basis and for the copyrighted system the time to insert or detect can be adjusted depending on the importance of the copyright verification.

Yes. Multi-watermarking is feasible. However in general cases involving copyright protection, it is designed to detect of a watermark exists and prohibit insertion of another watermark in data if it already contains a watermark. This is so to protect the rights of the original copyright owner.

It is difficult to search accurate content information just with Metadata and the content header extracted with the content header parser.

Content DNA filtering

Unique content information ( DNA, Signature, Feature) is digitalized to extract a DNA, and this DNA is then compared with the DNA secured from the original work to determine the sameness of the two.

The Contents DNA Filtering Technology is used to expose and crack down illegal contents from portals, P2P, web hard etc. It can also be used in image search or similar product search for shopping malls.

The Technology Applied to various types of contents differs slightly from type to type, in extracting a feature from an image DNA, properties like color, texture, shape are mainly used.

It refers to a barcode inserted into a document available on internet, which is used to prevent counterfeit or falsification.
This Technology enables the insertion of entire document information into 2D barcode to determine if the document has been falsified or forged by comparing it with the original.
